and won't progress .

It's a Lexmark printer and Dell laptop and ,supposedly ,is connecting wirelessly through a hub .

I really don't know much about this stuff ,just wondered if anyone had any tips ?

I've updated the software ,if that makes any difference .

No not the first time ,it has worked before ,but has been tempremental for some time ,not communicating .

Seems to be communicating now ,but presumably is afflicted by shyness and will only flirt ( as good a reason as any for only allowing itself to go 15% of the way ....? )

Salsaboy - I've been to Lexamark site and checked model and downloaded what they've offered.

Test pages ,web pages and Word docs all present same result - cheerily starts off with "printing started " but will not progress beyond 15% ,sometimes 10% .

Once when I turned lap top on in the morning ( can't remember if just "resuming " or if rebooting ) the printing staus box reappeared and it went to 99% .

But the printer didn't do anything .

Very unhappy ...
