Our next course begins on Saturday 15th September 2018. This course is for absolute beginners and runners returning after injury or long absence. If you have a little running experience this may also be suitable should you wish to progress. If you have recently had a baby please speak to your GP before signing up. Please contact us if you are unsure whether this course is right for you. Each session lasts 1 ? 1.5 hrs (not all of it running!). The course is structured so that you can miss a couple of sessions but please note that it is a cumulative course, so each session builds on the last. It?s very low-key, and we provide a safe social environment with experienced runners and ex-beginners as companions.

  I have two pillows we bought to try out - used once or twice - but didn't work out for us. We were going to post them on Freecycle as we're moving and downsizing.

  We are talking Sunday not Saturday! Is Saray the one opposite Brockwell Park? Think it is - always quiet when we have been there but we eat early - forgot that one. Thanks. Food was ok not bad not good but staff are nice - that was six months ago. Ohh excellent as you are a veggie too.. Will check out Dai Due Fratelli - thanks. No Thai I am referring too is up a few shops from Oxfam Book Shop…
