We're not 100% sure what it's about however we use Cloudflare as a security system on the site and it looks like it is having issues with Post Office broadband. Their IP range may have been used for bad things somewhere on the internet and so that IP range has been marked as dodgy in the database of IP addresses, so Cloudflare puts a check for you PO Broadband users.

Hopefully PO Broadband will redeem itself and your IPs will be marked as safe again.
