I guess that it depends what it is that you want done.

If you need a Gas Safe plumber then I have found John Powers (07977 909339) or Peter Bennison (07788 412880) to be reliable. John Powers is an ex Worcester Bosch engineer.

For more general plumbing matters - fitting taps, replacing water pipes etc then Aria (07739 734895) has been entirely reliable on the two occasions when I have called him in.

If you are looking for a central heating plumber I use Tony AGN Plumbing, he has installed three Worcester Bosch boilers for me and does my annual servicing. Had no problems whilst using him. He is based in Balham. 07956 367177

Sorry, should have been more specific.

Just a (vertical style) kitchen tap fitting leaking under the sink.

I see the work is complete but if you need anyone in the future - I would highly recommend John and the team at J&S Property. The service was excellent: I called on Monday, John came to see the problem on Wednesday and my new boiler installed on Saturday - and the house was left absolutely spotless!
