Spotify Hacked?

I ran a long established personal Spotify playlist this evening - only to find that in between tracks I remember and like I was also listening to Eminem tracks. Nobody in the house has ever downloaded Eminem, the playlist did not have Eminem listed and nor does my iTunes account.

How could this happen - has it happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do / should do to prevent further occurences?

i use superantispyware which is a free download also removes keyloggers you can google it and loook from there . probaly the best anti spyware out there
