Use of Commercial space Kitchen needed for a day

a friend of mine is catering for my 40th. She is a trained chef and does catering for events - but usually on a small scale from her kitchen. Our guest list is 80. We are looking for the use of a commercial kitchen for a day - Thursday 13th September to make the job a lot easier for her.

Any ideas????

  We went the day after it reopened and there was a lot of grit on the steps into to pool. The water was lovely and warm, but a few days later it was really cold!
