The class is suitable for children age 4 + years and is lots of fun! PRICE?15 for 1 adult and 1 child. If you wish to bring an additional adult or child, there is a surcharge of ?7. ABOUT THE CLASSFamily yoga is designed to develop strength, balance and flexibility in all ages and abilities. It encourages physical interaction, trust and bonding between parents, children and siblings in a calm, creative space. Classes can focus on mindfulness, energetic and trust games, nature themes, acrobatics or restorative yoga with music and visualisations.Our teacher, Siobhan Power radiates passion and enthusiasm for teaching yoga to the next generation.
