We're moving on from our lovely 4/5 bed rented house on the edge of West Dulwich and are looking for a family to replace us.

Giles Coppice is a no-through road of 1960s houses set in well-maintained communal gardens, a 10 minute walk down the hill from Crystal Palace. The house is a lovely three storey town house that backs onto private woodlands and has been an idyllic place to live.

The house is available from end October. Current rent is ?1850/month. Likely to remain at this level.

Please contact me at [email protected] if interested.

Thanks.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
