This bag is brand new and still has the tags on, so has never been used and is in perfect condition. Textured black 100% nylon with yellow zip and expandable side section. Retail price ?49 but happy to sell for ?25 cash for quick collection from Honor Oak Park.

Height of bag 44xm. Width of bag (at widest point) 24cm.

The Healthy Back Bag's teardrop shape distributes weight across the back rather than pulling from one point on the shoulder. The more places a bag touches the body when it is worn, the lighter it feels thus encouraging good posture. There are no rigid bits in or around The Healthy Back Bag, it moulds to the shape of the body, which combined with a non-slip strap ensures that the bag both contours to the back and stays on the shoulder, however a person chooses to wear it.

  Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.

  A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium. The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares. I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project. It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves. Thanks in advance, Linzie

  No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
