ABOUT THE CLASSES

These classes aim to provide children with a rewarding physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual experience. Children's Yoga is built on the foundation of respect for the child as an individual, creative being and emphasis is placed on educating, empowering and exercising the WHOLE child. These fun classes often follow a story line or theme finding creative ways to explore yoga poses, breath, wellbeing, compassion, mindfulness and relaxation.

ABOUT THE TEACHER

Bryony Duckitt is the Founder of YogaBeez and runs Children's Yoga and Mindfulness teacher trainings around the globe, as well as being the co-owner of Gaia Studio in Peckham. With all her travel and trainings it is rare for Bryony to teach a regular children's class so this is very exciting for all. She is looking forward to getting back on the mat with the children, where this teaching journey began 12 years ago.

Please e-mail [email protected] or back time on [email protected] for more information.

    • Thanks penguin  always wondered about that place and that’s way more info than I ever thought I would get  (used to live above a gun nut on friern road - he would tell me nothing)
    • There was a Saturday afternoon crowd of enthusiasts, and at other times the owner might have been off acquiring stock. He also repaired air guns, which he also sold. He stocked edged weapons, uniforms, including antique uniforms, air guns and ammo and starting pistols and shot. Some medals and other militaria. Quite a lot of ex service chit chat on a Saturday. I had an amateur interest, didn't deal a lot, in English pattern swords and other mainly 19th century militaria. And made some good purchases there. I'm afraid WWII and later events was the major focus of most of the regulars.
    • Did anyone actually venture in to that place? I recall it always being closed/very uninviting!
    • Perry Bamonte from The Cure.. Just 65 years old.
