Tutoring and nannying

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, my name is Rosa. I?m 18, and have just finished studying at Alleyn?s school where I attained three A*s at A Level in Maths, Spanish, and History. I would be keen to do some tutoring in Maths and Spanish up to AS Level during my gap year before beginning my degree at Cambridge to read History in October 2019. I?m also looking to do some baby-sitting and nannying work and have lots of experience with references available. I charge ?8/hour for babysitting and ?15/hour for tutoring.

Hi Rosa,

I hope you are well? I?m looking for help with my 8 year old for after school care. I need someone to collect him on Mondays and Thursdays from Dulwich Hamlet Jnr at 5:45 we live about 3 min walk from the school. I get home at 7:45. You won?t need to do any cooking. Just warming his food or overseeing him make a sandwich. I don?t require tutoring but you will need to oversee homework if any. Otherwise just playing games. If you have free 2 hours on these specific days and it?s something that may interest you pls get in touch ASAP as I need someone as soon as next week.

Kind regards

Selena

    • Thank you so much for the lovely feedback! We're really glad to hear you were happy with the underfloor heating work and that Sam took great care of everything. I’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to him. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience! — The Trade Hub Team
    • the real question is what to do about it - who to hold accountable and who is actually willing to engage, or will it escalate to residents taking legal action, as with Brockwell Park last year? it could be worth connecting with their group, although I think they are Lambeth, joint forces may be more powerful.
    • I'm sorry to hear this - there is too much of this around. Your son did the right thing to let go of his possessions - I hope he's not too shaken up and certainly not taking it personally, or thinking he should have done something vigilante style like fighting back. We live very close by and are usually out in the evenings with the dogs - hardly ever see anyone so will take extra care from now on.
