where to donate old books and a few toys

I have a large pile of books - mostly picture books and some chapter books, most in really great condition that we no longer need. Any ideas of somewhere I can donate these? Also a few toys ,again in great condition

  Then put in something like 'Amended following updated information'. Then it won't be empty but it won't have what you wanted to remove.
