But no-one who's genuine comes round your house and asks for money. It doesn't make you callous never to give money to door-to-door strangers. And the more 'kind' people get suckered, the more the scumbags will carry on.

    • There's a food bank off Dog Kennel Hill. Albrighton Community Fridge. https://www.albrightoncommunityfridge.org/ I'm sure they would welcome them, but maybe check first?
    • Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really.    Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.
    • We're having a bumper crop of eating apples this year - so many infact that we're wondering what to do with the surplus. Neighbours have had some and we've left some outside the house but I was thinking we could pass some on to a foodbank - or even to Kings if they're allowed to take in fruit?   Suggestions appreciated.
