Clothing and Costume Swap!

2.30 to 6 pm, Sunday 14 October 2018

Push Studios, 21 Blackwater Street, East Dulwich, SE22 8RS (just off of Lordship Lane)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nothing is scarier than a wardrobe full of once of gently used clothing and costumes taking up space.

That's why we're organising a clothing and Halloween/fancy dress costume swap on Sunday, 14 October 2018 for Londoners and families to trade in their gently used clothes and costumes for new-to-you items. Bring your own clothes and costumes and your children's and enjoy an afternoon of sustainable (and free!) costume and clothes hunting! We'll also have face-painting and general Halloween merriment.

Hope to see you there!

It's almost here!

Please do come along on Sunday afternoon for your chance to swap in you and your family's preloved clothes and costumes for new-to-you options. It's free, it's fun and it's fashion-forward - and it's Halloween themed!

More details are available in the post and Eventbrite link above. x

    • Ha ha that's hilarious - how wonderfully embarrassing for Reform!
    • Closing down completely. The lovely people there are all retiring. Thanks, but Deptford is a long way to go to make two journeys to  take and collect a car! Do they not do even relatively minor repairs if it fails its MOT first time? Then that would require four journeys 😭 Wondering if there's already a thread on here for garage recommendations? People on my road WhatsApp group have recommended some local ones. I'm particularly gutted because apart from the lovely people who worked there,  Dell was a five minute walk for me!
    • I did think that might be the reason, but five years out of seven it's going to be a weekday (I think. Not sure how leap years might affect things!)
    • Probably because the 5th was a weekday. We still have the weekend to come. Also, some fireworks going off nearly every night for the last few months. Last night something was being let off that made a very deep booming noise every 10 seconds or so. That said, if the general public are beginning to see the harm done by firework noise and choosing to use low noise options and refusing to support organised events that still use the full throttle type, I for one would be very happy. Does anyone know if the Herne Hill Velodrome Halloween fireworks event used low noise options?
