which of the M&S sites first mate?

From memory Marks & Spencer had to get a Delivery Management Plan agreed with Southwark Council; - which was intended to stop deliveries routed via Melbourne Grove and Chesterfield Grove.

I've tried searching for this but the councils planning portal seems to have made inaccessible older planning applications.

this is a bugbear of mine .Has been like it a good while .

A shame the council don't care anyway.

M&S have been pushing the boundaries of any restrictions placed on them for a long time and always blame the transport company.

Talking to the stores directly doesn't achieve anything just a "I'll pass it on to the customer service team" twaddle from the manager.

It's entirely in the gift of local councillors to make a fuss and get enforcement officers to enforce, or not.
