I'm looking someone/a company to give me some quotes for carrying out various works around my home.


I need the following:

- Bathroom update - replacement of bath and toilet, to include painting

- part loft insulation - the rear loft only has one layer and I need the topping added to complete the job

- replace kitchen cupboard fronts only

- replace kitchen sink and reconfigure piping underneath

- laying of new carpets to hallway

- painting of hallway

- replacing a small window in a bedroom


I also need my guttering replaced and some filling of gaps in my roof so would welcome quotes from roofing contractors/gutter experts.

      Picked it up on Upland Road near Barry Road this morning and have taken it in so it doesn't get ruined in the rain. Does anyone know a baby Joanne so that we can reunite her with her beautiful hand crocheted blanket?

      I used to like it's original incarnation (other friends did NOT like it), but when Capital pubco sold to Greene King, they turned it into some identikit, upmarket, let's pretend we are on the river in Richmond menu - hence pretentious. And completely anodyne  The rougher ones tend to have the striking Green coloured signage with a simple ugly font The pretentious (the ones they bought in Dulwich) go for a much flouncier look and feeling serve things like: Sesame-grilled sweetheart cabbage, gochujang glaze, coconut yoghurt, crispy onions, herbs for nearly 20 quid   (time was, on here we used to get into debates about a burger and fries costing a whole tenner!)
