Hi lovely pregnant ladies,

What a miracle pregnancy is, no?

If you are 14 weeks and plus, I would love to teach you 1-3 free classes of pregnancy yoga.

Why is it good for you?

- Establishing a relationship with your baby through movement

- Improving the capacity of your lungs for you and your baby (your breathing for two)

- Being in tune with your body and creating trust in nature for labour

- Gather with other pregnant women over a tea after

When?

Tuesday 16th of October, 9-10am

Tuesday 23th of October, 9-10am

Tuesday 30th of October, 9-10am

Where?

the lovely Yoga Arch in Camberwell:

Arch 265, Urlwin Street, London, SE5 0NG, UK

Who am I?

My name is Katrin and I have over 700h of Vinyasa and Vajrasati yoga training behind me and am insured with the yoga alliance UK. You can check out my Instagram to get a feel for my philosophy here: @katrin_baumgarten (I am not a very frequent poster ;))

Why free?

I am currently under training for the pregnancy yoga teacher qualification and I will hand out some feedback forms after each session. Additionally, I would also like to scope out the demand for it.

Booking?

Booking is essential though, as I will keep the spaces limited, to encourage a small and intimate group.

Please reply here or send me an email to do so.

Any questions?

Just drop me an email at: [email protected]

Warm wishes,

Katrin

    • Sorry if I’m being slow but there’s no point in having a gate then is there?  Would have thought it was basic manners to respect someone’s property
    • I didn't say wedge it "slightly" open. I meant to wedge it fully open.
    • I have a rescue Spanish greyhound (galgo) from the charity mentioned above. You can contact Greyhounds in Need or one of the more local Kent greyhound rescue charities. They are fantastic family dogs. They do love walkies 2 or 3 times a day but they actually don't need to be walked too far and then they will happily loaf around on the sofa being very chill. They are brilliant with kids but not recommended if you own a cat as they have a strong prey drive. They also should be kept on the lead in local parks. They prefer to be around other sight-hounds (well my one does) and there are loads of local sighthound owners in Peckham, Crystal Palace etc and a very lively WhatsApp group that is brilliant if you need dog sitting as you can usually find someone to do that for free in return for you looking after the dog at a later date etc.
    • @Jenijenjen I assure you we are always polite and friendly too! Which is why the behaviour we have been receiving is so frustrating. The kids always leave her with a “Thank you have a lovely day”  Our concern is leaving the gate slightly wedged doesn’t stop the action of slamming it open and closed…still leading to damage
