Hello!

Just letting everyone know that as of Saturday 27th October there will be a new free monthly comedy night starting at the Cherry Tree on Lordship Lane (31-33 Grove Vale). It's a night to promote the best of up-and-coming comedy in East Dulwich with some top comedians hand-picked from the London circuit.

Featuring ADRIAN TAUSS (Resident MC at the Cavendish Arms), KAT SADLER (Editor of Succubus Magazine), ELIE KRAFT (Chortle Student Comedy Awards Finalist), IMOGEN EDMONDSON (Yellow Comedy Headliner) and this month your headliner is MICKY OVERMAN (Funny Women Finalist, Leicester Square New Comedian of the Year Finalist). Your host for the evening is BENNET KAVANAGH (Comedy Store, Phoenix Artist Club Cabaret Awards runner-up)

  I think it's in a pretty dangerous position, so amazed the Police or parking authorities haven't removed it. It's illegal to park on the zigzag markings by a crossing and for very good reasons, so actually being in the middle of the crossing is far worse...

  Because much of the assets have already been stripped and the big dividends already paid out. The big money has been made. The costs going forward to repair the failing infrastructure is going to be huge and the that cost could fall to the taxpayer.
