Any recommended B&B or Air BNB or a house sit in the area for November?

I am looking for a room for a woman traveller, from 14th November to 18th/ 19th November. Being close to good transport is important. Had a look at the Victoria Inn but thought their room prices are very expensive for what you get. Everything was well over ?100 for a night. I also looked at The Herne where all the rooms were ?100 a night. The problem with glancing at Air BNB is that you cannot find out what street the room or flat is in until you book.

This person could easily do a house and pet sit if anyone needs one as she is well versed in caring for dogs and cats.

Yes. they did not have availability for that period. They had one room for ?100 a night for a couple of days only.

    • Surely that depends on the amount.  It can be quite piffling.

    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
