I'm taking off for the Christmas period and am looking to rent my flat. It's a 2 double bed duplex, with two bathrooms and a little back yard.

It's on Crystal Palace Road, right next to The Great Exhibition pub.

I'll be away from 23rd December and will return on 3rd Januaury.

Looking for ?800 for the entire term, but am happy to negotiate if there are fewer than 4 people, or someone would like to rent it for less time
