Sally Eva
We will be using Quietway 1 to reach the Thames and then on to the chosen destination. Quietway 1 is a gem which comes within 10 mins very safe cycle of Rye Lane. It's well signposted when you're on it and completely unsignposted before you get there. It's due to have its own approach via Quietway 9 but QW9 is taking a long (long) time to get built. Let us show you the way. We set off at 7.45am from Nunhead station, swing by Peckham Rye (meeting at the bike stands behind McDonalds) and then head up glorious Surrey Canal Path. QW1 crosses all the approach roads to the Thames bridges ? starting with Tower Bridge, London Bridge, Southwark Bridge and finally Blackfriars. Riders can be taken to any one of them, take your pick and we can take you on if you let us know in advance. We get to the river around 8.30amAny queries text me on 07842 640 207 or mail us on [email protected]. Everyone welcome. Return rides arranged on request. Most things arranged on request. If the Bike Train doesn?t suit you, ask about our Bike Taxis ? your free personal escort to work.
