Mediators only work when there are good intentions on both sides as their agreements are not enforceable. That might be different if the mediator is also a solicitor.
thanks and I have got some advice from them and I will ask about their mediators. I think the couple are more likely to agree if the mediator is in East Dulwich though
Thanks but if someone could recommend a property solicitor who does mediation that would be better. If I am going to pay for this service, I would prefer if someone local used them and found them helpful. I cant be the only person who has had problems agreeing maintenance with joint freeholder in East Dulwich. Google searches will probably be a last resort
