Xmas trees

Does any body know the guys who are selling the xmas trees on lordship lane (near bric a brac store and roullier white). I paid for a tree there yesterday with the promise of it being delivered in a few hours and the next day it still hasn't turned up. My partner went down there earlier, left his number and was told the boss wasn't around but would call but 4 hours later still no phone call.

It was perhaps stupid of me to pay upfront with hindsight but has anyone else had a similar problem? Partner is going to go down there later and try again to speak to 'the boss'. I just want a tree!

I had that same situation last year - they delivered a day late. It was there when I got home.

Ok, so you did get a tree in the end ;-) Fingers crossed it will make an appearance later...
