rovingkate
We have 2 lovely girls, aged 6 and 4, and are looking for someone to take care of them a few days after school each week. We are a pretty relaxed family, more interested in free play after school than homework, and we're happy to pay above market rates for the right person - because we know from experience that a good nanny is a massive asset! We are looking for someone reliable, kind, creative and energetic. We are open to nannies of all types, but have particularly enjoyed working with uni students (especially postgrad ones) in the past. The girls are at Heber Primary, which is about 5 mins walk (10 mins at 4 year old pace) from our house. The main focus of the role is definitely just hanging out and having fun, but there will also be dinner to cook so it would be ideal to find someone who likes cooking as well as kids. We are happy for the girls to have about 30mins of screen time to make meal prep a more pleasurable experience! Current thinking is that regular hours would be 3.15 - 6.15pm or thereabouts, at least 2 and ideally 3 days per week. Start date is flexible but it could be as soon as next week if you're free. At the moment, I mostly work from home so would be around and about to help you find your feet.Prior childcare experience and references required, but no need to drive.PM me if this sounds like you - I'd love to hear from you.
