Wanted - Good Carpenter to create Stair Ballustrade

Hi

I'm looking for a skilled carpenter to help with designing and making some kind of ballustrade for a set of stairs in my house. Please see pics attached. I'd need it to look great, be strong enough to stop little kids falling over the side of the stairs, and also to be fairly easy to take off (once) and put back on again in the future (To allow for moving large furniture down the steps).
