Rubbish customer service

I have been so incensed this week at the cynical customer service (not) received from several recommended people on here. Mark Newlove, McHow and Nico - 3 heating engineers and Alastair Sim tiles restorer (sadly nothing like the original AS). All either haven't bothered to respond after several messages each or one turned up 3 hours early then disappeared and then didn't bother to return at the agreed time. So disappointing and a complete waste of my valuable time. What is wrong with these people - have they so much work that they just don't bother with basic customer courtesy? Meanwhile I am no further forward with the work. Grr.

I'm confused - you've resurrected a thread from November 2018? The world and my work has moved on immeasurably.

This thread is dead. The work has long been completed but not by any of those justly complained about at the time.

Frigkander - don't know why you have reopened this thread - it's closed now.

Mahoody - we have all moved on so thanks, but no advice required.
