Temporary Au Pair or P/T Mothers? Help Needed

I am 33 weeks pregnant and have unfortunately broken my ankle. I am looking for some help over the next 5-6 weeks in the mornings between around 7 - 9.30/10am with getting ready for school/drop off and again from 4 - 7pm M - F, possibly with some hours at the weekend.

I just need some assistance with looking after my 3 year old and some light housework (like loading/unloading dishwasher) - in short, an extra pair of hands.

We live in East Dulwich near the old Dulwich Village Hospital.
