Fitting extractor fan from scratch

Hi all,

We're looking at getting an extractor fan for our bathroom. There isn't one there currently so would require punching through external wall, wiring etc.

Is this a job for one person/team or would we need a separate builder, electrician etc?

Has anyone commission this kind of work and does anyone have any recommendations?
