Boiler service

Hi there -- I have a 9 year old boiler I have never serviced. Now can't get water into it -- the key doesn't seem to open the flow. Should probably service it I suppose.... Any recommendations and does it have to be a Corgi person?

Can't recommend anyone, but just FYI - Corgi is null and void now. People need to be "Gas Safe" registered.
