Hello, I'm looking for a local builder recommendation to complete a ground floor side return extension. We already have architectural drawings, building calculations and planning permission, so we are ready to get the build started. Many thanks!

Did ours a year ago.

Super quality work. Great team.

We had an architect too - so we had drawings etc, like you. The architect we used drew up a request for tender and sent it out to four contractors for the build. Meant we knew we were comparing apples with apples.

Architect also PM'd the project for us - fairly light touch, but it made it all so much easier.

Might be worth asking your architect if they offer the same.
