PeckhamRose
No no no.Teabag in mug before the water, and with sugar as necessary - and I find it necessary to put in 2 teaspoons of Demerara in it.Boiling water in mug.Stir the lot.Add semi-skimmed.Biscuit also a necessary extra. Applespider
One of my team's jobs is training so when I interview candidates for new roles, I ask them to train me on how to make a cup of tea.I've had everything from telling me to chuck a teabag in a mug and add water to someone actually bringing in a kettle, cup and a chocolate biscuit for me! maxxi
So who gets the 'role'? The get-on-with-it-and-stop-muckin'-about/lazy one? or The conscientious-attention-to-detail/arselicker? HAL9000
I too have concluded that adding boiling water to tea leaves with sugar makes a nicer tasting cuppa. Not sure why that is so, though.
