We are renting our lovely one bed flat (unfurnished) on Ewelme Road in FH. The flat is in a small, quiet block with 5 other flats with off street parking. It is an 8 minute walk to the station and less than 5 min walk to the beautiful Horniman. The flat has one double bedroom, large sitting room, bathroom with bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen/diner and is perfect for a couple. Please message me if you have any questions or would like to visit. Pet and smoke free tenants only.

We are private, responsible and caring landlord, so there are no estate agent?s fees to pay, we require a reference and may do a credit check.

We are looking for tenants looking for a longer term home.

    • Anyone can deliver for Evri - my daughter having just passed her driving test tried Evri to make some money - they basically give you a route and as many parcels as they think you can cope with - you make money for each one you deliver, so you can imagine - speed is the priority. Why would they wait for you to answer the door when they can just throw it and take a photo? If you have a choice, choose a different courier service or shop elsewhere where they do.  
    • Boil - it’s the customer’s fault, not the delivery person’s. 
    • A bit of a long shot but I'm on the lookout for a portable pop-up counter or podium.   The kind you often see on a high street, used by charities or utility companies to advertise their wares.   I've included a photo to give you the idea. I'm a peckham-based artist and am looking for one for a free (and non-profit) community art project.  It can be in any workable condition and can already have signage on it as we will remove and redecorate ourselves.    Thanks in advance, Linzie
    • No I absolutely did not - that much is clear. Have you read the latest stories about Unite, Len and the hotel in Birmingham? The UK electorate were smart enough to reject a far-left party in 2019, let's hope they are smart enough to reject a far-right party at the next election too. If not we are all doomed.
