Beautiful Basement space

Hello, we have a Ground floor/basement space available in lovely 4 bedroom family house in East Dulwich.

Two large double rooms one features a lovely fireplace with all period features and is the larger of the two. The other benefits from lots of natural light and backs directly onto the garden a nice place to study and work. You have your own brand new fully fitted bathroom complete with toilet, bath, shower and sink.

Plenty of hall space for storage as well.Open to short term lets price negotiable for the whole space.

The property features a lovely old English green garden which you have direct access too from the basement. This would work well for pet owners and I would be more than happy to take on someone with a beloved pet.

The Kitchen is the only shared area but has all the mod cons - oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The house itself is very artistically done full of books and items from around the world. It's very much a home nothing clinical about it. We both take great pride in making it the best it can be. However you have a small area downstairs with a Hotplate microwave oven and kettle.

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
