Highly Recommending CRANK - spin and HIIT classes

CRANK is now open and it has two new studios offering HIIT and CYCLE. HIIT comprises floor work and cardio and the CYCLE studio offers RIDE and PERFORM classes. It is amazing, a really great way to workout and get sweaty. Brand new showers with towels etc., you just need to turn up.

I think they might still be offering introductory taster sessions or discounts on blocks bought.

Located at Unit 1, 133 Copeland Road in Peckham, just behind the Bussey building.

Definitely worth checking out.

      I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

      I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.

      Yes The lease ran out on the shop. So chi chi ra ra will only be online or at the various fairs. It says on her instagram
