Morning Pregnant Beauties,

I have a gorgeous relaxation class at Hot Yoga Peckham every Saturday morning from 11am - 12pm.

We discuss a birthing theme each week and I'll be teaching some hypnobirthing wisdom. We have a good 30 minutes for a deep guided relaxation. We go deep! So you can float off knowing you've ticked relaxation off the pregnancy to-do list.

And because I want as many of you as possible to try it out, for the rest of the year, it's bring a friend for free.

  We just had to have a fair bit of roofing done, along with new guttering and facia replacement (swapping out wooden for pvc) Also chimneys needed repointing & had problems with a large roof light. we didn’t know why we had damp in certain parts of the living room & turns out water was getting in via damaged chimneys. we ended up using vintage roofing and building ltd, & have to say they did a great job, scaffolding went up and work started straight away, they were pleasant & respectful of our property, & tidy. they showed us videos of the damage before starting work, & of the work after it was completed. And we have a 20 year guarantee. We live in a Victorian semi happy to PM you how much it cost us
