Porters Barista is hidden in what looks like just a barber shop. But yessss we also sell coffee! (And we take pride in how we make it!)

If you don't already know it, we do a trade discount for those who work in the East Dulwich area. ?2 for any coffee!

Don't miss out!

Porters Barber & Barista - 100 Grove Vale, SE22 8DR.

I can recommend this place for coffee too. I was a bit sceptical the first time I went in for just a coffee but the beans are ground in front of you and it has turned into my fav coffee place on the whole lane.

Everyone is friendly and at ?2 a pop as a local trader I am glad I found it.

They are also currebtly doing an early morning discount too so if you don't have time to grab a coffee on the way to the station first thing then you can pick one up from there at a discount for a while.

If you like your coffee then give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Cheers

Sman :)

Hi!

We have stool seating by the window, and Two benches outside. Though most of our customers are grab-and-go, we have many customers who perch for a chat and enjoy their coffee - That?s more our vibe, unfortunately not the ideal place to whip out a laptop and do some work(unless you come in the hours before the barbers open- in which case it?s very peaceful!)

    • What is it that makes Waitrose so special! Admittedly I have shopped a couple of times in the Orpington and Beckenham one - sometimes buying food which I cannot get else where. Their 'basic range' is not bad. Price for price and quality - M & S.
    • Sometimes a shed or other installation has to have written approval from the freeholder i.e. Southwark, Southwark has (or did have) a Leaseholder Association.   Could also come under Anti Social Behaviour Unit.
    • Love Dulwich is great but has a large step in front. We have only been weekdays at Lunch time. Maria's next to Picture House is disabled friendly. Also can reserve table in advance. We did a Sunday lunch catch up with family - there were 8 of us.
    • Hi, Thinking about  going with some friends and was just wondering if folk might like to report back please. Most importantly sound level when busy & is it disabled friendly.  Thinking on a Sunday lunchtime but don’t want a busy busy environment or loud chatter - a couple of friends could not cope. Time can be flexible, if that helps - say 2 ish to avoid above.. Thanks…
