Science Tutoring Offered

Hi, I live in East Dulwich and am offering tutoring in Biology and Chemistry at GCSE and A-Level. I graduated from Oxford this year with a Master's in Biochemistry and have tutored a range of school students and adult learners between GCSE and Degree level. I've been tutoring for over two years now, so feel very comfortable with current syllabuses and knowledge expectations of students.

In terms of my personal style, I try to get the student to engage with the material through asking questions and encouraging questions to be asked back, which I think builds a more usable knowledge of the subject matter than simply preaching facts at a disinterested teenager.

As a person, I'm very relaxed, easygoing and honest which tends to help me get along with the students. I'm also spending a good amount of my free time writing and performing comedy, which hopefully means I'm able to talk to and entertain the people I'm tutoring, as opposed to fulfilling the Oxford science graduate stereotype.
