Jay and his team literally saved our lives. After the worst experience of our lives, with a previous con-artist of a builder who became intimidating and swindled us out of tens of thousands of pounds and left our property in a hazardous state with loose live wires all over - we called on Prestige Build to take over the project. It meant that we had to pretty much start again and redo work we had paid for - electrics, plumbing, groundworks etc but Jay made us feel looked after and secure. He even stepped in to provide support with third party meetings to ensure we were being treated fairly and guided us through the rest of the process. I could not recommend them more. If something wasn't quite to our liking, it was fixed and perfected without any trouble. We were consulted every step of the way and advised on stylish finishes. Although we haven't been able to finish the project entirely due losing out on so much cash - what has been finished is to a superior standard that's made the house finally feel like a home again - but a luxury one!
