Found ginger cat gowlett road

Hi All, there is a ginger cat that has been crying outside my window for over a week. No collar and I cannot get near to check for a chip. I have made a dry shelter outside as I cannot take the cat in as I have a cat and it's not possible. I have been feeding the cat but I'm not sure if it's just having extra food! If this is your cat pls let me know as I'm worried abt this cat. Thank you. Moe.
