Please come to Yoga Hatha Softy with Annie Edwards on Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Gaia Yoga Studio, 20 Maxted Road, Peckham Rye, SE15 4LF

On Sunday mornings we will use the restorative power of prana, asana, mudra and mantra to build an hour of stability and appreciation. My classes give individual attention to energy, emotion and injury. They combine the elements of creative movement, poetry, balance, yin and yang sequencing with a focus on readings and prana. The class is suitable for anyone wanting to open their heart and take up the challenge of awakening to their true nature. From beginners to those with more experience ? all are welcome. My classes finish off beautifully with a long, deep nourishing savasana complete with blankets and massage sending you out into the world more open, aware and receptive.   Most Councillors work full time and are councillors in their spare time. Some become full time councillors with Cabinet positions. Done well these are really full time roles. Imagine trying to sort out Southwark Council Housing where only half of repairs calls are completed. Utter chaos. The current administration introduced a lot of deputy roles with extra allowances. My lot have long argued these need to be significantly parred back. Interestingly James McAsh has been claiming a full time Cabinet position Special Responsibility Allowance which means he must be working less than 11hrs pw or not at all in a normal job such as being a teacher.
- Victorian gas outlet??? Any advice?

  It's not the same size and there are other complications with it, so we'll get an expert in. But thanks! Interesting, thank you. Didn't know there was such a thing as gas-powered fridges! But I think more than one family lived in this house when it was first built, so the upper bedroom could well have been a second kitchen back then.

  We passed and saw the airbags had come out. I hope no-one was injured. Also only saw police, not ambulances.
