Is your little person looking for a fun way to exercise, build up concentration and focus, find ways to relax or de-sress, be more in control of their own wellbeing, body awareness, explore mindful techniques whilst building confidence and self worth ... maybe its time for some YOGA.

Still a few places left in our LEVELSIX Peckham classes if your child would like to join us.

Tuesdays 4 - 4.45pm term times.

Ages: 5 - 10yrs

Price: ?48 for a 6 week block OR ?9 for a drop in class

  I went last week, and it was lovely and warm, then went on Tuesday and wished I hadn't stepped in as it was freezing. It shouldn't be so cold that you shiver when you briefly stop swimming! A lot of grit in parts at bottom.

  It's usually a combination of "nearly Halloween", "nearly Bonfire Night", "weekend" and "dickheads". You can adjust the sliding scale on each of those factors most nights for the next 3-4 weeks.
