Looking for a business partner. {Catering/street food}

Hi there, my name is Dave, I am 34 british, North London Born I have recently moved to East Dulwich after a brief, 10 years living in the french alps. I'm looking for a business partner to start a catering company, street food stall in and/or around London.

I have many years in the industry and have a few contacts in some festivals, which I would like to make use of.

You would have some spare capital ( we would put the same in ) be able to cook, be very outgoing and have some ideas be them creative or business.
