Hi all,

South London Symphonic Winds is a friendly concert band rehearsing on a Thursday night from 8-10 in Brixton. We are of mixed abilities and non auditioned but suggest grade 5 and above. We are particularly looking for brass, percussion and saxes, but all wind instruments are welcome.

We are holding an open rehearsal on Thursday 17th Jan at Mostyn Road Methodist Church, Mostyn Road, SW9 6PH. Arrive from 7.30 with a rehearsal starting at 8 and finishing at 10. Our repertoire this term is working on a concert of music from film and silver screen so expect that from the rehearsal. If you aren't able to make the rehearsal please don't hesitate to still contact me and we can arrange another time for you to come along.

  Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets. She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!

  Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.
