Morning all,

Absolute Being is my mobile body therapy practice working with babies, children and adults using rhythmic movement training (RMTi), massage, mindful meditation and creative therapeutic work. An integrated practice where I work with clients for growth and change using special types of movements that heal - I work with (diagnosed/undiagnosed) autistic spectrum, ADD/ADHD, PTSD, fatigue, nervous system and autoiummune indications, depression, anxiety, confidence, physical and emotional stress. I also see many sports and arts clients who are looking for a deeper level of connection and relaxation with their profession - this body-mind work is for everyone.

Special programmes for children, one-off sessions for deep relaxation and wellbeing, long-term work for deep and lasting growth and change - mindful meditation for prenatal and antenatal women and families.

Offering support for radical acceptance and allowance by connecting in the body. Don't be shy, a little help from a body therapist may be all you need!

    • Yup. Student politics. https://bright-green.org/2012/04/09/democracy-and-direct-action-an-interview-with-edinburgh-universitys-new-student-president-james-mcash/
    • I wonder whether his political epiphany and renaissance will stretch to him using his real name - James Ashworth-McLintock - rather than the more proletarian 'McAsh'. To my mind, the only people who should have self-bestowed mononyms are very talented Brazilian footballers - Pele, Kaka, Ronaldinho - very talented female pop icons - Madonna, Shakira, Sonia - or Russian revolutionaries - Lenin, Stalin, Trotsky. Sonia's greatest hits compilation, 'Greatest Hits', is out now on vinyl & CD through PWL Recordings.
    • Probably more helpful to ask simply whether McCash was affiliated with the Greens before becoming a Labour councillor. Trying to explain your thought process and unravel your fevered imagination (particularly when it comes to local politica) is the kind of thing that might require several years of psychoanalysis.
    • made the mistake of going to megans twice in DV.. would never make that mistake a 3rd time. Ditto I liked Romeo Jones a lot they did lovely soups and sandwiches and coffee too and such loveley staff.
