Jelly Belly Outdoor classes are safe and effective workouts in the Dulwich park designed to support women during pregnancy and after the birth of their baby. This is a great way to socialise with other mums, work up a sweat and get some fresh air with baby or toddler in toe!

This class is suitable for women during pregnancy and from 6 weeks post-delivery (natural or caesarean provided you?ve been given the all clear from your GP or midwife). We use low impact exercises to ensure we are strengthening the pelvic floor, activating your core at the right intensity, looking after your joints, making you stronger from the inside out.

We cater for all levels giving adaptions and progressions where appropriate so you can workout at a pace that works for you.

Classes are run every:

Monday 11am to 12pm

Thursday 10am to 11am

Saturday 9am to 10am

Location:Dulwich Park SE21 7EB Meet at Court Lane Gate

  Food banks for sure and what about approaching these schools in area that run summer camps - although having said that with health and safety being so strict might not allow it - crazy really. Can’t remember name of church but was one in Peckham that from memory did a community meal a couple of times a week. Now they for sure would take them and probably Kingswood House as well.

  We're having a bumper crop of eating apples this year - so many infact that we're wondering what to do with the surplus. Neighbours have had some and we've left some outside the house but I was thinking we could pass some on to a foodbank - or even to Kings if they're allowed to take in fruit? Suggestions appreciated.

  I agree with this. There are lot's of shops selling similar foods. And the two shops aren't positioned that close together - further from each other than say Franco Manca and Yard Sale, or Bruno's and Dynamic Wines, etc.
