Hello Yogis and Yoginis!

I am excited to invite you to the fourth yoga and breathing workshop on Sunday, the 17thth of March, 3-5 pm at Lost in Yoga at Yoga Arch. Yoga arch, Urlwin Street, SE5 0NG.

This nourishing class starts with a rejuvenating yoga posture practice which will help you to tune in and connect back to your body.

Next, we'll move on to focus on Pranayama, an ancient breathing technique which helps you find fuller breath, a sense of calm and inner space.

Benefits of Pranayama:

- Lower/stabilised blood pressure.

- Increased energy levels.

- Muscle relaxation.

- Decreased feelings of stress and overwhelm.

"Like the ocean's waves, the breath that has just moved out will never be repeated. Each breath is authentic, each new breath in is in response to the breath that just moved out."

- Jessica Wolf

Please book through the Yoga Arch website:

    • It feels like it might be an extension of the summer water bombing spate. The sad thing is this could really put off some visiting the park. I really hope the council seriously consider putting some of their huge parking surplus to funding a serious and permanent warden and police presence in the park; it is needed.
    • So glad the kids that threatened your dog were spoken to. Also good to know police aware of fireworks. I heard some going off again this evening, well before dusk, so they need to get on top of this or with it getting dark earlier it may get a lot worse.

    • To put this over dramatic and somewhat gleeful post in context, the policy has not "failed at first hurdle." "It is just a temporary decision. The judge granted a pause of at least 14 days so the man, who is not being named for legal reasons and arrived in the UK on a small boat last month, could provide evidence of his claim that he has been a victim of modern day slavery." from BBC website
