Hi, I'm a friendly post-A-level Oxford Engineering undergraduate offering my tutoring services in and around Dulwich.

I'm curently interning in central london, but am available to tutor maths and physics up to A level (I recieved A*s in both), and sciences and exam technique up to GCSE level(where I recieved all A*s).

I am relatively flexible time wise, and am happy to accomodate any needs.

If you are interested or have an queries please don't hesistate to contact me.

Hi Monica,

My rate is ?30 an hour, but ?15 an hour for the first lesson. I've had a range of tutoring experiences helping much younger children read, GCSE students with specific maths and science problems as part of a mentorship scheme, and older students with maths and physics in a less formal setting. What I'd plan to do would be to identify the areas or skills that need some attention, and then I'd plan sessions to help your daughter with any theory, and go through examples, trying to approach problems from lots of different angles, and then I'd leave her some questions to go through by herself.

I hope this helps.

Best Wishes,

Ralph

Hi Ralph,

Are you still offering tutoring?

I'm doing an Access to Science program and have fallen quite far behind in the physics because of illness.

Please contact me on 07751711951 if you would be interested.

thanks,

Hazel

    • A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit.    I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.

Thank you for stepping up.   whilst I’m here, I was thinking it would be a good idea to have a barter scheme amongst the community. an exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I’ll put it out on the forum to evaluate interest.
