James Carmichael fixed my dodgy bit of floor and asked if I could review which is no problem as I'm veryhappy with the job. My tenant put her foot through the floor, which was unexpected as as far as I knew it was concrete. I found James after trawling through the forum, he had a look and assessed the whole area as obviously I didn't want it to happen again and luckily it was just this small entrance area that was wood.
