Having completed our early year retreat in Kefalonia, I am now offering, before it goes on the website a 7 day skiing retreat out in beautiful Courcheval 1650.

Your accommodation is in a luxury chalet with all meals & wine supplies. Ski lifts are 50 metres away. There will be a meditation class followed by yoga & a further yoga class in the evening. Massage is available on request & there is a hot tub in the chalet.

Price includes transfers, accommodation, meals & wine, yoga & meditation.

We have a ski guide/instructor for beginners & intermediates on request. Flights are not included to Geneva or ski hire & lift passes as these vary according to your level. We have over all insurance cover, but you will need to have your own personal cover which we can arrange.

There are many other facilities in the resort & many bars to entertain you. There is an emphasis on enjoying our Selves as a group, but you get to choose.

The dates are Saturday 30th March to Saturday 5th April. Flights must arrive before 4pm for the transfer. I can give some advice on this if needed.

Total cost ?1650 but ?1550 to EDF followers. There are only 9 places available, so please contact me for questions & reservations

    • Adapted not forced.  As have numerous species around the world.  Sort of thing that Attenborough features.  Domestic dogs another good example - hung around communities for food and then we become the leader of the pack.  Not sure how long it will take foxes to domesticate, but some will be well on their way.    Raccoons also on the way https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c1j8j48e5z2o
    • My memory, admittedly not very reliable these days, places the shop on the block on the left hand side just before Burgess Park going towards Camberwell. Have also found a reference to Franklins Antiques being located at 157 Camberwell Road which is on that block. This is a screen shot obtained from Google maps of that address which accords with my memory except the entrance door was on the right hand side, where the grey door is, rather than in the centre.
    • The MFI was probably where Iceland is now. This post makes me feel very old - went to a 30th birthday party in the garden at the back. Oh to be 30 again!
    • Anyone upgraded their TV for Christmas?! I'm looking for a smallish Smart TV I can use with earbuds. Not more than 56cm high and  25cm deep. A 26" one used to fit.  Thanks!
