Hi all


I've been a long standing member of this forum for many many years now and have plenty of reccomendations on here aswell as in other groups and forums. Hope this is ok with admin I rarely post a thread. Just wanted to remind and offer our services to you all, we have a few slots in the diary leading up to summer we would like to fill. I will list all the services we offer some of which are ever expanding. I have been trading locally over 19 years and am very familiar with Dulwich and the different types of properties with in it. We have ?2 million liability cover and estimates are free...


Here follows are services:


Management and organising of jobs and projects.

General buliding work including knock throughs, stud walls/partitioning.

All aspects of plastering, including boarding, bonding and skimming aswell as rendering inckuding k rend.

Electrics( certified by our niec approved electrician)

All heating and plumbing including full boiler systems or upgrades. (all certified by our gas safe engineer)

General household maintenance and odd jobs.

Full bathroom refits (can plan layouts)

Kitchens fitted (same as above)

All aspects of interior and exterior repairs and redecoration.

Window repairs including rot repairs using state of the art resin.

Tiling and tiling restoration.

    • I was going to post this in the Lost/Found/Stolen. The government shelled out £2.7m for photos of the King for public buildings but take-up wasn’t enthusiastic. But they won’t let on which institutions said yes or no. Has anyone seen one of these portraits locally?     • I would hope that those managing pension funds that have invested in TW have already seen the writing on the wall and are investing elsewhere.

    • Thats the problem, I dont have a solution, but I can see disadvantages of some of the proposed solutions.  Not selling it to a foreign company is my preference but after that I have no idea of the best path / solution with the least impact for all. Whats your view Sue ?
